Proliferation Financing and Sanctions
Module Description
This module will take you through the specific methods resorted to by proliferators to exploit the international financial system. It will also delve into the existing international framework, as well as national practices to disrupt and deter the financing of proliferation-related activities.
Entry Requirements
Candidates who apply for this course must possess the following:
- a qualification at MQF Level 4 (one A-level or equivalent in any subject);
AND
- a pass in English Language and Mathematics at MQF Level 3 (O-level or equivalent).

This programme is targeted at people within the financial and banking sector, as well as other individuals seeking professional and academic advancement in AML and compliance.
How you’ll be assessed
The method of assessment is assignment-based.
The module comprises
- 6 lectures per module;
- 3-hour lectures (evening);
- 12 hours of online content per module, comprising asynchronous online discussions, tutorials and/or videos.
