Scope of Training
The aim of this training programme is to introduce participants to current practices in People Management; it provides an overview of the procedures management professionals develop and implement to ensure they have the right employees at the right place and time as this has an impact on the company’s productivity and profitability. Topics will include motivation techniques, team building, employee relations, coaching and mentoring as well as performance management.
