Scope of Training

The aim of this training programme is to introduce participants to current practices in People Management; it provides an overview of the procedures management professionals develop and implement to ensure they have the right employees at the right place and time as this has an impact on the company’s productivity and profitability.

Topics will include motivation techniques, team building, employee relations, coaching and mentoring as well as performance management.

Managers who currently experience challenges and want to reassess their style and mode of managing others will benefit from this programme’s results-oriented structure.

  • The course consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each 
  • The sessions will be held twice a week in the afternoon 
  • Successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Competence
