Scope of Training
This training programme is designed to equip first-line supervisors and team leaders with the essential tools needed for effective employee management and supervision.
The course focuses on developing the core skills required to manage teams within an organization, emphasizing the importance of leadership in achieving organizational goals.

- Contact hours: 12 hours
- The course consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each
- The sessions will be held twice a week in the afternoon
- Successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Competence
