Scope of Training

  • Understand that, in carrying out the managerial functions, managers need to adopt a set of roles which have to be conducive to the organisational dynamics at all times 
  • Understand the value of management skills as various tools which every manager should have in order to perform effectively and efficiently 
  • Understand the value of developing a series of managerial competencies that are mandatory in the achievement of goals

  • Contact hours: 12 hours 
  • The course consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each 
  • The sessions will be held twice a week in the afternoon 
  • Successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Competence
