Scope of Training
An essential measure of an organisation’s strength is its ability to solve problems and make the right decisions – no matter how large or small.
The scope of this training programme is to help participants look at problems and opportunities from new and innovative angles by introducing a range of practical techniques and tools applicable to ongoing decision-making and problem-solving in any organisation.
Additionally, the course is designed to provide a practical, hands-on experience to participants enabling them to practice making decisions and applying different problem-solving techniques.
Course Details
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Contact hours: 12 hours
- The course consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each
- The sessions will be held twice a week in the afternoon
- Successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Competence

- This course is open to everyone and has no prerequisites.
