Scope of Training
The aim of this training programme is to provide participants with a first-level corporate finance course that looks at the essential aspects of financial decision-making. Participants will examine the different ways in which companies can be structured and the various types of ownership that exist. A discussion of both the role of the Financial Manager within an organisation and the roles of financial markets will take place to provide a unified framework for all the topics covered in this programme.
