Effective Leadership and Entrepreneurship

Scope of Training

This programme is specifically designed to provide thorough knowledge, skills and tips combining leadership, management and entrepreneurship skills to succeed in today’s complex, uncertain and rapidly changing world.

The programme is focused on entrepreneurial aspects of leadership and how to act to bring about change in an organisation.

By analysing the case studies in a number of entrepreneurial contexts, you will learn how to become an effective leader and entrepreneur to diagnose complex organisational challenges, design action plans, for managing and eventually solving problems as well as offer recommendations to prevent future similar problems.

• Duration: 2 weeks 
• Contact hours: 12 hours 
• The course consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each 
• The sessions will be held twice a week in the afternoon 
• Successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Competence
