Scope of Training

The aim of this course is to develop participants’ ability to focus on the outcome they want to achieve through communicating with a specific person/group of people. Whether communicating on-to-one or with an audience, conveying messages effectively is one of the most powerful skills for achieving your objectives.

  • The course consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each 
  • The sessions will be held twice a week in the afternoon 
  • Successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Competence
