Scope of Training

The aim of this course is to develop participants’ ability to focus on the outcomes they want to achieve through communication with specific individuals or groups.

Whether engaging in one-on-one conversations or addressing an audience, conveying messages effectively is crucial for reaching your objectives.

The course will also cover techniques for tailoring communication to diverse audiences and enhancing persuasion and clarity.

By refining these skills, participants will be better equipped to influence, motivate, and achieve desired results in various contexts.

  • Duration: 2 weeks 
  • Contact hours: 12 hours 
  • The course consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours each 
  • The sessions will be held twice a week in the afternoon 
  • Successful candidates will be awarded a Certificate of Competence
