Scope of Training
This training programme is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of modern theories and practices in Knowledge Management by exploring the connection between theoretical concepts and real-world applications.
Participants will delve into the multifaceted nature of Knowledge Management, examining its various dimensions as they relate to Human Resource Management, Information Systems, and Strategic Management.
