Communication and Presentation Skills
Module Description
This introductory module explains the meaning and value of communication as a tool, and identification of the communication techniques to become more effective and efficient at workplace and personal life. It introduces the impact of verbal and non-verbal communication on professional and personal effectiveness. Students will be also introduced to presentation and public speaking skills to craft their presentations based on the needs of different audiences.
Entry Requirements
Candidates who apply for this course must possess a pass in English Language* and Mathematics at MQF Level 3 (‘O’ Level or equivalent).
*Students whose first language is not English will be required to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency.

This course is targeted at:

- candidates wanting to progress to higher qualifications in the areas of management.

How you’ll be assessed
You will complete a combination of written and practical assessments, which will vary depending on the module choices you make. You can expect to complete coursework and exams, as well as presentations and reports.
